Lindsey Schatz has been practicing yoga since 2010 and earned her 200 hour teacher training in the winter of 2013. She loves playing soccer, snowboarding and doing any activity that allows her to connect more with nature.
She taught girls soccer for 2 years in high school and loves working with kids. Lindsey is thrilled that Arabesque yoga has grown so much of the last year and is responsible for teaching everyone the importance of active children, centering, and breath. She admires children for their grounding energy and simple nature. Lindsey wants the youngsters she teaches to be able to connect through yoga and find more of their imagination. She hopes that they will seek paths that lead them toward mindful movement and peaceful thoughts.
